I get asked many questions. Usually, they are the same few over and over again.
As sometimes I struggle to find the time to respond to everyone, I have compiled a list of commonly asked questions below.

Each time I login, I get taken back to the login screen.

This is to do with what are known as session cookies.  Basically, session cookies allow you to login to the website and when you have these disabled, you will not be able to login.

If you are using Internet Explorer 6, to enable them, please following the instructions below:
Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced > Override automatic cookie handling > Always allow session cookies.

You emailed me to tell me a I have a new message but there is none.
What gives?

Occasionally, we get spammers and fraudsters sign up. If they manage to register and send out spam, their accounts are closed pronto.  If that is the case, all of their mail that is sent is not be accessible.

Messages have vanished from my mailbox.

For the same reasons as above, if a user closes their account, all mail sent from them will be removed from the site.  This was done due to spammers and is something that may be updated in the future.
